Vikram Jain
Vikram is a consultant within Corven with a key focus on strategy and business transformation and has worked within a wide range of industries including Financial Services, Automotives, manufacturing and Energy and Utilities with over 6 years experience.
Prior to joining Corven, Vikram was a manager of the Accelerated Solutions team within Lloyds TSB Group. The team focused on addressing business critical issues aiming to rapidly develop and implement change across the Group franchise including Retail Banking, Scottish Widows and General Insurance. Challenges included the development of business unit and customer service strategies, improving the effectiveness of branch sales force, development and implementation of new products and re-engineering front and back office processes. The use of collaborative techniques were vital to guarantee that the change programmes had complete buy in from frontline staff to the Board of Directors and were sustainable in the long run.
Prior to Lloyds TSB, Vikram was a Consultant within the First Phase team at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young analysing, designing and implementing strategic solutions to turn around business performance. Vikram also managed the Financial Service Lab undertaking strategic research for global financial services organisations.
He has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from his studies at The University of Bath and exchange to Rotterdam School of Management.
