Richenda Evans-Freke
Richenda is a highly experienced consultant, facilitator and coach and leads the Corven leadership development practice. She has over fifteen years of international business experience in both external business advisory and in-house roles in multinational corporations and has worked and lived in Europe, Asia and America.
In the past six years at Corven, Richenda has specialised in leadership development work. She designs and executes leadership programmes with a particular interest in changing behaviour. Richenda is a strong coach and facilitator who quickly grasps the core issues facing the client and the ramifications on culture, performance incentives, ways of working and team dynamics. She has a deep understanding of the obstacles, stress points and cultural sensitivities present in complex environments.
Richenda’s recent work includes:
- designing and delivering a leadership development programme for a top Global Bank to help raise the performance of key client-facing staff
- working with the leadership team of a major logistics organisation to help them deliver significant business transformation
- working with the leaders of two government departments to help manage and accelerate a successful integration.
Richenda has trained with the Tavistock institute in the area of group dynamics and is a qualified business coach, accredited with the WABC (World Association of Business Coaches).
Richenda has a BA in History from Bristol University and a post graduate degree from City University, London.
