Recruitment

Corven are always interested in expanding the team by recruiting professional staff across a range of experience and skill levels. Of these recruits, the majority will be based in the London office, while between three and five recruits will be based in our Boston office.

A fundamental aspect of recruiting at Corven is that all successful candidates must suit, and thrive in, our culture. You will need to be a high energy self-starter. You will be results focused, keen to push the limits as you develop as a professional and as a person, have a desire to rapidly achieve a leadership position and have a relentless devotion to ethics and integrity. But, above all, you will have a real passion for delivering measurable value to your clients, be it through growth, profit improvement, or shareholder return, or through coaching and leadership, engagement and development.
