Laurence Pearlman
Laurence has over 15 years of experience in organizational transformation, change management, performance improvement and human capital management.
Working with teams that include "C level" executives through to front-line employees, Laurence has been instrumental in designing and implementing transformation, process improvement and change management programs for FTSE 100 and Fortune 100 companies. His work ensures that the human element aids, rather than blocks, the success of these programs. Laurence has considerable expertise transforming procurement and supply chain organizations through the implementation of operating models incorporating 'world-class' SCM principles.
Laurence has held various leadership positions in both corporate and field locations. His industry experiences include Oil and Gas, Utilities, Chemicals and Consumer Packaged Goods.
Laurence holds a Master’s Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois and degrees in Economics and Industrial Relations & Human Resources from the University of Iowa. He is based in Chicago, IL.
