Greg Rodway

Greg RodwayGreg is a member of Corven’s US consulting team. He has over twenty year’s industry and consulting experience in the utilities, oil & gas, mining, IT&T, financial services, health and government sectors. He has particular expertise in change management, organizational effectiveness and process redesign as well as significant experience in line management positions in a highly unionized environment. He is currently Director of Operations for our US operation.

Greg joined Corven from a Boston based global management consultancy, where he was a senior consultant specializing in management and leadership development. He has extensive international experience. Prior to relocating to the USA, Greg was based in Australia where he consulted to a number of companies in the mining, oil & gas and financial services sectors.

Greg holds an MBA, with a focus on organizational behaviour, as well as a post graduate diploma in Business Information Technology. He is a published author and has a number of articles in print – including contributing to a book chapter focused on work climate issues. In addition, he has significant line management experience in the health sector.
