Elly Zervoudakis
Elly Zervoudakis has more than 10 years of consulting specialising in business strategy and large scale performance improvement programmes for infrastructure industries.
Elly is managing consulting relationships within FTSE 100 size clients, and overseeing business development for the utilities sector.
Elly has worked within all levels of an organisation, from board level to frontline worker, developing and implementing innovative strategies, and transforming the front and back office activities of the businesses.
In her strategic experience she has addressed issues on both the cost and the income side of the business, ranging from due diligence, growth strategy and market entry/exit, to Competition Act investigation response strategy for a large infrastructure business. In her performance improvement capacity Elly has led large programmes & teams such as designing new operating models for FTSE100 clients, and large government organisations.
Prior to joining Corven Elly worked for A.T. Kearney and Citigroup, formed a Strategic Alliance for her family business with a FTSE 100 Group company, and trained with the US Air Force. Elly has a degree in Aerospace Engineering and an MBA.
