Damian West

Damian WestDamian is a Sector Lead at Corven with over nine years’ experience advising clients on strategy development, change management, safety and risk management and business improvement.  He has worked across a wide range of sectors including utilities, oil & gas and other asset-intensive industries, financial services, transport and the public sector.

The focus of Damian’s work is on delivering measurable value to the client: through developing and implementing corporate strategy, delivering hard financial benefits through cost reduction/profit improvement, and implementing behavioural change, aligned with delivering on a corporate’s objectives.  He is well-versed in managing complex stakeholder sets, with experience of working at all levels of an organisation from board level to the front line.

Prior to joining Corven, Damian was a member of IBM’s Business Consulting Practice, working in Strategy & Change and, before that, was a member of PwC’s Management Consulting Practice.  Damian is a qualified Chartered Accountant, an ex international rower with seven GB “caps” and the current Chair of the University of London Boat Club.
