Richenda

Richenda is a consultant within
Corven. She has over 8 years international business experience spanning
external consulting, in-house strategy and a start-up boutique. She
specialises in identifying and implementing change in complex multinational
organisations using people, process and organisational design to deliver
growth.
In
the past five years her consulting experience has focused on Financial Services
helping facilitate large-scale business transformation programmes at Schroders
and Merrill Lynch Investment Managers in Europe, Asia and the US. Prior to
moving in-house she was in business transformation at Ernst & Young
Management Consulting where she specialized in managing complex change
programmes and helping increase the pace of decision making for senior
leadership teams through large facilitated workshops.
Richenda has a
BA in History from Bristol University and a post graduate degree in Journalism
from City University, London.
