Nick is a consultant within
Corven, advising clients on strategy, performance improvement, cross border
mergers and acquisitions, and communications and engagement. He has advised
clients in many sectors including Airlines, Consumer Goods, Retail, Telecoms,
Media, Financial Services, Utilities and Petrochemicals. Prior to
joining Corven, Nick was a strategic consultant with Bain & Co, based out
of their Sydney office. In addition, he qualified as a Solicitor with
Stephenson Harwood, and practiced as a corporate and corporate finance lawyer
with them in London and Hong Kong. He advised a wide variety of clients on
commercial agreements, joint ventures, listings, rights and debt issues, and
global demergers, in addition to providing more general commercial advice.
Whilst undertaking his MBA at London Business School, Nick spent five
months on exchange at Kellogg Graduate School of Management. He holds a joint
honours degree in Economics and Law from Durham University and completed his
Law Society Finals at the College of Law, Guildford. He was admitted to the
Supreme Court of England and Wales in 1995.
