Mark Edwards

Mark is Corven Ventures Director, responsible for deal origination and portfolio management.

Since joining Corven, Mark has been involved with investment opportunities in the Automotive, Specialist Chemicals, Engineering and Packaging sectors. Mark has also been involved in consulting projects focusing on strategic change and post merger integration as well as client management and delivery for corporate finance transactions up to £200m in the Automotive, Waste and Pharmaceutical industries.

Prior to joining Corven, Mark supported the Chief Executive of Lotus Cars as an Executive Assistant, acting as interim Head and supporting the Group Lotus Board with strategic development, acquisitions and new product investment. During his eight years at Lotus, he took line management responsibility across various functions including sales, marketing and manufacturing.

Mark studied Mechanical Engineering at Nottingham University and has recently completed stage two of his MBA. He is also a Non-Executive Director of PNP Ltd, an engineering business based in East Anglia
