Crispin is a Director of Corven
Consulting Services and leads its Public Sector, and Aerospace and
Defence consultancy projects.
Crispin has nine years
experience in leading large-scale transformation projects in the Public and
Private sector, specialising in setting the conditions for success and ensuring
tangible results are delivered. Crispin has also worked on improving
operational effectiveness, and in particular has deep experience of the
management of large engineering programmes, in setting them up to deliver and
in troubleshooting programmes in difficulty.
Prior to joining Corven,
Crispin was a partner at KPMG Consulting (and latterly a Managing Director in
Atos KPMG Consulting) where for 3 years he led the Europe-wide Aerospace and
Defence practice. He also has experience in the Banking, Oil and Gas, and the
Public Sector beyond Defence. Further back in his career, Crispin was employed
by the Ministry of Defence where he performed a wide range of roles.
