- Leadership development - Corven has a team of consultants, with specific training in the applied behavioural sciences, who have strong track records in helping organisations understand, manage, and shift human mindsets and behaviour at the individual, team/group or organisational levels, in a wide-range of consulting interventions.
- Adaptive Leadership™ - Corven work in partnership with Boston based Cambridge Leadership Associates (CLA) to provide joint pan-European consultancy services for public and private organisations seeking to develop greater capacity for leading and adapting to change using their proven Adaptive Leadership™ methodology.

- Change management Our consultants work with client staff to design change strategies that combine the key components of all change interventions: visioning/strategy, change architecture, organisation design, mindsets and behaviours, communications and engagement. This integrated approach ensures the predictable stresses and breakdowns of change programmes are managed, and that both the behavioural and operational changes are addressed in a proactive, business focused manner.
