  • To create an intervention for the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), focusing on developing a process that will allow for a combination of strategy clarification and team effectiveness work.   

Approach

  • Diagnostic conversations with team, leads of support functions and selected stakeholders
  • Behavioural profiling assessment, report and feedback session for each team member to assist in accelerating personal and team effectiveness

Results
